Job Description
1. Quality Control - Maintaining the product\'s quality - Ensure all the ingredients haven\'t expired and been used with correct formulation - Food sampling/food testing everyday with random batch for finished products - Staff\'s hygienic - Factory cleanliness - Perform quality control checks and generate QC reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards - Performing sensory evaluation for incoming raw materials 2. Quality Assurance - Documentation (MESTI, DBKK, HALAL, DOE, JKKP & Etc) - Conduct QC inspection for customer feedbacks - Compile/archive QC report related documents - Assist in product development or product improvement sensory evaluation preparations when required - Assist sales or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests 3. Responsible on purchasing raw materials for production. 4. Responsible on stock take for every month on raw materials and finished products. 5. Ensure the production line performs very well even though it has a shortage on staff. 6. Any other jobscope Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month License/Certification:
