Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food technology/Food science or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 year(s) of working experience and well-versed with FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, Halal, HACCP & GMP and other food related regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Food &Beverage manufacturing environment including handling documentation & production on site \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as leadership abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate such as MS Word and Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time position(s) available. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): MS Access, MS Excel Primary Duties & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and manage the QA/QC Department to ensure that quality of products comply with legal requirements and management objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review quality reports and microbiological results of finished products; conduct plant inspection to ensure compliance to SOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate and communicate with local authorities on required regulatory compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance and continuous improvement efforts toward existing policies, procedures and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct audits on food quality and safety programs for internal, external and third parties such as suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with various functional teams and department in ensuring FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, Halal, HACCP, GMP & Green 5S certification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the team in investigating/troubleshoot quality issue and setting standards of quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to check the effectiveness of countermeasure reply to customer and countermeasure reply by production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership guidance and advisory to the QA/QC departments at the respective plants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting to Operation Manager Benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for EPF, Socso, Panel Clinic and Company Uniform \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for annual increment and bonus performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for insurance benefit
