JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Assist the department head to set up the Quality Control Plan, Procedure and Work Instruction for Quality Control Department according to requirements of ISO 9001. 2.Maintain testing reports, result investigation, recommending corrective and preventive action for product quality improvement. 3.Assist the department head to arrange or perform for test machine or equipment external and internal calibration and record keeping and maintain for calibration result. 4.Conduct incoming raw materials inspection to ascertain raw materials received. 5.Compile the Monthly Daily Scrap Report and Daily Reworked Pipe Report and report the results to the department head. 6. Co-operated with Quality Control Manager, Production Manager, Delivery Manager, Production Executive and Production Supervisor in Raw Materials, Work in Progress and finished goods quality improvement. 7.To mobilize the workers to do 5S activities while idle. REQUIREMENTS 1.Preferably Degree in Manufacturing / Materials / Mechanical or equivalent. 2.Preferably 3 years of related experience in manufacturing and operation environment with process and/or manufacturing engineering role and project management responsibility. 3.Good oral and written communication skills. 4.Knowledgeable in Project Management and experience in managing projects with expectable deliverables. 5.Good problem solving and analytical skills.
