To monitor, to inspect, and to record production processes.
To monitor and to inspect the hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness of the production kitchen.
To monitor and record the daily temperature/ production records.
To perform QC inspection on outgoing products.
To carry out personal hygiene inspection on every employee.
To control chemical/cleaning detergent movement and segregate it to divisions.
To perform the compliance checking on kitchen operation related & documentations based on HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000 guidelines.
To assist in any task given by immediate superior.
Requirement:
Minimum Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage.
Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Knowledge on HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
Preferably final year, last semester student.
