Conduct inspection and quality testing of
incoming raw materials
,in-process
, andfinished goods
according to established standards.Support the team in performing
microbiological, chemical, and physical tests
as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Maintain and update
quality records and documentation
accurately.Assist in
investigating and reporting
non-conforming products.Contribute to
continuous improvement initiatives
within the QA/QC department.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition
, or a related field.Good command of
written and spoken English
andBahasa Malaysia
.Strong attention to detail with the ability to
work independently
and with minimal supervision.Passionate about
quality assurance
