Job Description
Start Date : Preferably able to start immediately or within the near future.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to quality assurance and control activities in a real manufacturing environment.
As a QA/QC Intern, you will be guided by experienced engineers and inspectors to understand how quality is managed across the production of tanks, pressure vessels, and fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with inspection of materials and finished products
- Prepare basic QC reports and checklists
- Support document filing and updates (inspection reports, weld maps, etc.)
- Assist in internal audits and follow-up actions
- Observe welding, testing, and fabrication processes on-site
- Learn about quality standards (ISO, ASME, etc.)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree student in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of drawings and MS Office
- Basic knowledge in fabrication + NDE examination
- Willing to learn and detail-oriented
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
