Start Date:

October/November onwards

This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to quality assurance and control activities in a real manufacturing environment. As a QA/QC Intern, you will be guided by experienced engineers and inspectors to understand how quality is managed across the production of tanks, pressure vessels, and fabricated components.

Job Scope

1. To assist in quality inspections for incoming materials, in-process fabrication, and final products.

2. Support the QA/QC team in preparing inspection and test plans (ITPs).

3. To help maintain and organize quality records for internal and client audits.

4. To contribute to the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes and systems.

5. To learn how quality is ensured at every stage of manufacturing -- from material inspection to final product release.

6. To undertake other related jobs directed by supervisor from time to time.

Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

2. Interest in fabrication, welding, and industrial quality practices.

3. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.

4. Candidate with has knowledge in fabrication and NDE examination
