QAQC Manager
A Japanese MNC is looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to join the team. In this role, you are the leader in managing the compliance of QA and QC procedures to meet the requirements of clients.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Packaging)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
s:
- As a dept head, to lead the QA/QC Team on daily operation and ensure product quality is meeting client requirements.
- Monitor QA/QC activities, which include raw materials, packaging and finished goods testing, incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.
- Conduct analysis and identify the root cause of rejections, work with clients for improvement feedback and execute improvement plan with Production dept.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety Standards - ISO 9001, 22000, 45001, HACCP, HALAL, OHSAS, GMP.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Implement continuous improvement of product quality.
- Perform supplier quality audits.
- Conduct internal training for employees on quality standards.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in quality management function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Knowledge of ISO and food safety standards is a plus.
