LOCATION : JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR 1. Implements and maintains Food Safety & Quality Management Systems. 2. Maintaining food safety standards and promote food safety awareness 3. Responsible to plan/coordinate and schedule internal audit to ensure the quality system is effectively implemented and meet the food safety objectives 4. Responsible for coordination and communication with other departments relating to customer compliant and food safety problem 5. Maintains and proposes measures to upgrade GMP to meet the requirements of ISO22000:2018, MS 1480:2007 and MS 1514:2009 6.Liases with related departments with regards to existing information or new and/or existing raw and finished goods and with Production/Sale on customer specific technical requirements 7.Coordinate with purchasing and/or suppliers pertaining to issues on food regulatory standards and secures requirements/data from them 8.Responsible for verifying external laboratory report and corrective actions taken 9. Responsible for reviewing internal microbiological reports. 10.Responsible for reviewing certificate of analysis (COA) requested by customers 11.Participates in NPD and work together with R & D Department to determine new produt specifications 12.Ensures all products are of good quality by working together with Production Department.
