Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.

Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.

To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects.

To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.

Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.

To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.

Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.

Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.

Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit.

Responsible for Production Planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent.

Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry.

Required Experience: Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit.

Knowledge in GMP & HACCP.

Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
