Job Description

Job Scope:

Ensure a clean and hygienic environment is maintained throughout the production and storage areas in compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Verify and maintain accurate production records and quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and traceability. Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality and safety standards before use in production. Review and create all product labelling to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant

Halal, nutritional, regulatory, and customer-specific

requirements. Assist in the preparation, documentation, and implementation of

Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000

systems to ensure ongoing compliance. Support the

HFSQ (Halal, Food Safety & Quality)

team during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, participating in walkthroughs, and addressing non-conformities. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the

HFSQ or Production Manager

to support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

Possess at least a

Diploma

in

Food Technology, Food Science

, or a related discipline.

Computer-literate

and comfortable working with documentation and basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

; prior experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential. Demonstrates a strong interest and enthusiasm in learning new skills and knowledge within the food manufacturing environment.

Experience in the food industry

will be considered an added advantage. Excellent

planning and organizational skills

, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively. Capable of handling

ad-hoc tasks

as assigned by supervisors or management.

Full-time position

with readiness to contribute proactively to quality assurance and food safety compliance initiatives. Working hour: Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) and Saturday (8.00 AM - 1.00 PM)
