Responsibilities:

? Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

? Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.

? Generate comprehensive quality reports and documentation.

? Monitor & ensure calibrate quality control equipment and instruments.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns.

? Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.

? Communicate quality-related issues to management.

Skills/ Qualifications :

? Diploma in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.

? Proven experience in quality control or a related role.

? Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.

? Proficiency in using quality control instruments and equipment.

? Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

? Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

? Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

? Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities.

Authorities :

? Initiate product holds or release based on quality assessments.

? Recommend adjustments to production processes to improve quality.

? Suggest changes to quality control procedures for approval.

Inter-relationships :

? Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.

? Communicate regularly with the Quality Manager to report on quality metrics and concerns.

? Interact with suppliers and vendors to address quality-related matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
