To develop effective quality control processes, quality control plan for production flow.
Ensure that incoming components and raw materials will comply with quality standards, minimize the time and cost of inspections, and contribute to the quality of the finished products.
Review and analyse quality reports and all technical results of raw materials and finished products.
Responsible in clarification and complaints pertaining to the quality of our products surfaced.
Raise internal corrective action request for process and product non-conformity and verify the corrective action taken.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Monitor quality trend chart and monthly report to management.
Ensure that processes needed for quality management system are established, implement and maintained such as ISO documentation control, internal audit and external audit.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
Relevant work experience in the Furniture Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
