The incumbent responsible for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs to ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements, customers\' expectations and other regulatory requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities: * Ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.

• Ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements meet the stringent quality expectation by customers and regulatory bodies.
• To continuously review and monitor the quality assurance/control processes to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
• To initiate troubleshooting to resolve problems arising from a quality assurance/control issues and feedback to all departments on quality-related issues and quality performance index.
• To perform any other task as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Technology or related discipline
• Preferably candidate with experience in manufacturing environment, food service, production environment or related field.
• The position required to work on shift (5 working days/ week and on rotational shift)
