It is a manufacture to supply car alarm systems, central locking, power window regulators, Advance Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Advanced Camera Technology and Infotainment System.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To lead overall Quality Control & Service Team at Telok Gong.

\xc2\xb7 Take care of Quality in Production Line, Customer Complaint, Incoming Quality Check & etc

\xc2\xb7 Customer Complain Investigate & Service Warranty Team

\xc2\xb7 To prepare the investigation and countermeasure report on customer complaint or warranty claim analysis.

\xc2\xb7 To do analysis according to quality problem feedback or warranty claim collected parts. At the same time, to discuss with relevant departments for countermeasure improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Quality Problem Countermeasure (QPC) presentation.

\xc2\xb7 To involve in joint check activity with customer on new product against Parts Inspection Standard (PIS).

\xc2\xb7 Check the customer Parts Inspection Standard according to monthly submission date schedule.

Control Supplier (Internal & External) Quality

\xc2\xb7 Prepare & check customer documents such as Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard and Inspection Agreement Sheet.

\xc2\xb7 Involved audit customer with team.

\xc2\xb7 New Products & Existing Product Quality Control

\xc2\xb7 Prepare Parts Inspection Standard for new and existing product.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze, communicate and feedback to related department on non-conformance product found.

\xc2\xb7 Solve any quality issued.

\xc2\xb7 Compliance on any ISO control

\xc2\xb7 To ensure all process meeting IATF16949 requirement and achieve KPI target

\xc2\xb7 Awareness IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirement

\xc2\xb7 Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required by superior.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechanical/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Experiences in Automotive Electronics Industry will be added advantages.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with quality tools & quality system.

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.

\xc2\xb7 Measuring equipment literate such as Video Scop, Caliper and Height Gauge & Micrometer.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and presentation skill and ability to translate and communicate technical information to project teams and manager as required.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to outstation and working overtime to complete the activity if required.
