Job Description

POSITION: QC OPERATOR
s:
Perform quality inspection on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality standards and procedures.
Conduct sampling, testing, and basic laboratory analysis to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Record and document inspection results accurately in quality reports and logs.
Identify, report, and assist in investigating quality issues, defects, or non-conforming products.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required by the QC team.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the QC laboratory and inspection areas.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), GMP, and safety guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Requirements:
Diploma in Science or Diploma with commercial laboratory experience (sampling).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QC, laboratory, or manufacturing environment is an advantage (fresh graduates may be considered).
Knowledge of basic quality control procedures, sampling methods, and inspection techniques.
Able to handle basic laboratory equipment and conduct simple testing.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in shifts (if required).
Physically fit and able to work in a production or laboratory environment.
