Plan, monitor & ensure the EMP (Environmental Monitoring Program)
are implementing according to the plan.
Conducting trending of results
obtained from EMP & review the EMP with line manager & stakeholder
To follow up/ verify the corrective actions
with stakeholders should any out of specifications results be detected.
To update work instruction/ guideline or follow up with respective stakeholder
such as production if there is any changes on the existing practice
To perform validation/ verification activities
which would trigger the review of the EMP due to the changes related to products, processes or legislation where relevant.
Manage documentation and record-keeping
related to quality control activities, inspections and audits which related to Soy Sauce Fermentation.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, microbiology, biochemistry, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in quality control and supervision in a food manufacturing environment
Able to work shifts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification in Food safety and quality management system (e.g HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000) is a plus.
The candidate will relocate to the Shah Alam plant during the probation period.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
