Job Responsibilities :

Act as quality system ISO 9001 and QC080000 Internal Auditor. Implement and maintain plant wide quality management system as per Company policy
Familiar with Core tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.(MiniTab or similar tools), MSA tools, 7QC tools and Six Sigma
Plan and manage plant wide quality activities such as coordinate quality improvement project, 6S activity, quality awareness, etc.
Follow up and work with cross department team to ensure implementation of the quality activity and report the performance to Management.
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of tool/system to facilitate the implementation of quality activities
Support on other quality task assigned by Superior

Job Requirements :

Possess Bachelor Degree in Quality Management / Sciences or Engineering or have at least 3 years of working experience on Quality Management
Well verse in Quality System ISO 90001:2015/QC080000 and have experience in conducting Internal Audit
Lead Auditor Qualification
Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively with other departments, function teams and customers
Proven record of team leading ability
Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
