Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination of work effort \xe2\x80\xa2 Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Valuing completed work and arranging for payments Accountabilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in preparing quotation and tender document \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to advise effective strategies, skills and method in tender pricing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor all variation order works are well recorded and claimed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc., inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare pre and post project budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentations and final accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are comply \xe2\x80\xa2 Source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in the daily project site operations and documentations are in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up project progress and dealing with project team for site matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
