  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the management.
  • To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
  • To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
  • To take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
  • To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
  • To track design or construction work changes and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • To produce or agree with the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the project\'s construction, measure and value the work done on-site.
  • To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
  • To select or source construction materials.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
  • To do other QS duties as and when assigned by superior such as Marketing.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in pre-qualification exercises, tender bids and preparing quotations.
  • Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
  • Must have basic knowledge of contractual matters.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
