Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring calls / Chats - Assess agent performance - Monitoring trends - Performance Coaching - Creating Reports for Internal team and Clients Requirements and Skills: - Effective Coaching skills - Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint , Excel); e-learning software is an asset - Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution. - Solid analytical skills and technical comprehension. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer care. - Keen attention to detail and thoroughness. - Native Japanese Language proficiency with Effective English and Kanji Script proficiency. - Non-native requirements - Japanese Language with Native or N1 proficiency. - 1 year of customer service experience or any related field. - 9 hours 24/7 shift (2-day week off) - Willing to work on-site. Working Hours: 9 hours 24/7 shift (2 days week off) Remuneration: \xef\xbb\xbfTotal package up to MYR 10,000
