- Contact Centre Operations
- Banking or Credit Card Operations/Processes
- Quality Monitoring

Technical/Functional skills
1) Computer Literacy (Essential)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Standard computer operating systems (MS Windows)
- Articulate ideas to audience clearly
- Ability to influence Telemarketing & Call Centre agents
- Ability to provide feedback and document findings in a clear and concise manner
- Patience - handling different profiles & backgrounds within a group
- High acceptance to change
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu (Written & Verbal)
- Proficient in English (Written & Verbal)
- Proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese (Verbal) an added advantage
- Coaching for Call Centre Sales / Service agents
- Ability to organize datasets in relevant software
- Apply standard sales analytics
- Generate insights from data
- Present to relevant audiences
