Responsibilities :

Handling of external and internal quality Liase with customer regarding quality issues Liase with supplier regarding quality requirement Dealing with external calibration bodies for calibration Able to read Mechanical Drawing Carry out testing of parts by using :
- AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) - to check surface structure and roughness

- MFI (Melt Flow Index)

- Angular Polarizer Tester - to check plastic flow and stress

- Spectrophotometer - to check transmittance, reflectance and color

- Thermal Shock - to check product strenght against harsh temperature change

- Contact Angle Measurement - to check surface energy

- Norman Abrasion Tester - to check part resistance against abrasion

- Steel Wool Stroke Tester - to check part resistance against abrasion and scratch

- Humidity Chamber - to check part strength against cold, hot, profile and static temperature

- Sun Tester - to check part resistivity to outdoor climate

- Pencil Hardness, Pendulum Hardness Tester, Profile Projector, Cross Cut Tester, QUVT etc

Qualification of Supplier Preparation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) document Preparation of COC (Certificate Of Confrormance) and RoHS (Restriction Of Hazardous Substances) Document Preparation of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) Preparation of out-going data for delivery Internal & External Auditor Knowledge of ISO Knowledge of IATF

Requirments :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree or equivalent At least 3 Year (s) of working expererience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent Experience in Plastic Injection/ Moulding is encouranged.
