Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To assist in executing the overall activities of the Quality Assurance Department to achieve the quality objectives/targets and program of the Company.
• To support and co-ordinate on the development and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, ISO/ IEC 27001 & etc.
• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through Internal Quality Audits and reporting the findings to the Head of QA Department.
• Act as Document Controller & responsible for Company wide ISO document control related tasks.
• Assist in verifying the implementation of corrective actions established during audits/review/investigation by the department/parties concerned.
• Assist in maintenance of Corporate Quality Manual and procedures, provide quality related advisory to all departments
• Assist to ensure all departments\xe2\x80\x99 staff are in compliance with ISO 9001 QMS as established by the Company.
• To assist in the Product Compliance Management
• Take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems.
• Reports:
  • Monthly report submission to regional office.
  • Internal Audit findings report to regional office
  • Assist in Management Review Meeting reports

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in QA/QC / Engineering in any field or its equivalent.
• Working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skill.
• Detail oriented, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement.
• Adaptable, able to work independently as well as in a team.
