Monitor, report, data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality
Track and monitor quality related metrics and initiate plans for corrective actions.
Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
Cooperate with moderation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard.
Participate in and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
Execute the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by leader
Requirements :
Experience in QA of category labeling tasks on social media platforms and/or QA of social media video / livestream content moderation
Minimum 1 years of working experience in QA team, planning, or strategy role, experience in the e-commerce industry.
Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Google Sheets) experience required.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
