Position Title : QA Manager Industry : Label/Sticker Manufacturing Location: Batu Pahat,Johor Salary Range: Up to RM6300 Lead and manage the QA QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Enforce quality controls in process line and manage PPM (Parts per Million) in order to maintain company standards \xe2\x97\x8f Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures \xe2\x97\x8f Proactively lead the implementation of quality improvement projects to simplify processes within QA team \xe2\x97\x8f Plan, coordinate, organize, administer, and assess internal quality audits of the Quality System to assure standard compliance \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor all quality related improvement programs in the factory \xe2\x97\x8f Investigate and report to management on the quality issue or complaint raise by the customer \xe2\x97\x8f Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues \xe2\x97\x8f Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. and performance qualification \xe2\x97\x8f Lead and manage the QA QC team to improve and resolve the quality related matters to accomplish the organizational goals of the company Job Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance Related field in management role in manufacturing industry with product lines \xe2\x97\x8f Must have knowledge in controlling PPM (Parts Per Million) \xe2\x97\x8f Must have knowledge of quality in process line \xe2\x97\x8f Must have experience in handle internal and external audit \xe2\x97\x8f Must have experience in handle internal and external complaints \xe2\x97\x8f Must have knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 \xe2\x97\x8f Must have knowledge for general factory compliances \xe2\x97\x8f Communication with internal and external party \xe2\x97\x8f No colour blind Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
