Job Responsibilities
Ensure that processes required for the
QEFSMS
(Quality, Environment, Food Safety Management System) are established, implemented, and maintained. Coordinate bothinternal and external audits
. Organisemanagement review meetings
, including preparing the agenda, slides, and meeting minutes. Managedocumentation, records, and data control
for QEFSMS. Ensurecompliance with procedures
and adherence to QEFSMS requirements. Conductvendor evaluations and audits
. Overseecalibration and pest control activities
. Supervise theQC process
(incoming, in-progress, and outgoing). Report onmonthly rejections
to both management and suppliers. Preparebi-weekly meeting content
for operational meetings. AttendFood Safety Team
andEMS Committee meetings
. Investigatenon-conformities
in products and processes.Job Specifications
Minimum
Diploma
inFood Science
,Environmental Science
,Process Engineering
,Logistics Management
, or any related field. At least2 years of working experience
in thefood
ormanufacturing industry
. Stronganalytical
andproblem-solving skills
. Excellentdocumentation skills
are essential.Computer literate
. Able tocommunicate
andwrite
fluently in bothEnglish
,Malay and Mandarin (Preferably)
.Willingness to work
atPulau Indah
