Design, execute, and uphold comprehensive QA/QC protocols across all construction phases, ensuring compliance with project specs, local building codes, permits, and relevant regulations
Develop and enforce project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard of Procedures and compliance with the ISO audit
Review existing process and product quality compliance procedures including performing verification and validation of the process
Monitor construction activities at various stages to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Carry out inspection at different stages of construction work as per the Inspection & Test Plan
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Document any deviations from the project specifications and communicate them to the construction team for corrective action
Develop and implement preventive measures to address non-conformances
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production personnel to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Lead quality improvement initiatives to minimise defects in construction project
Investigate non-conformances and client complaints, taking corrective actions as necessary
Conduct periodic quality audits to ensure construction practices align with industry best practices and safety standards. Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
Review the processes and procedures that improve quality, including training, documentation, monitoring and audits
Provide guidance and training to construction personnel on quality control procedures and the importance of adhering to quality standards
Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to prevent recurring issues
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Possess at least a Master/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
At least 7-8 years of working experience in related field
Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
