Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate Sales Representative\'s customer interactions to highlight areas of strength and improvement. Calibrate with internal and external support team for continued agent learning and growth Audit call logs to track agent activities Identify gaps, issues, and areas of improvement for Training team to enhance and evolve sales training Qualifications and Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a call auditing or call monitoring role for inside sales agents Bachelor\'s Degree Prior experience using a Revenue Intelligence tool for call monitoring/ auditing such as Gong, Clari, Salesforce Revenue Intelligence, Chorus.ai, revenue.io, People.ai, Insight Squared or other Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with corporate policies and/or community standards Knowledge of the latest trends associated with digital media, online marketing and advertising Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
