Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To develop an effective quality assurance plan with all vendors to aim and to secure compliance to Big Dutchman\xe2\x80\x99s product requirements and continues improvement in the quality system plus to coordinate overall inspection operation in warehouse.
• To coordinate and to secure effective implementation of Inspection routine for localization to achieve compliance to Product Requirements.
• Implementation of Incoming Inspection task at warehouse.
• Implementation of outgoing Inspection task from BDA warehouse.
• To coordinate in-house Inspection Operation.
• To support the Department and Suppliers for all Quality issues related include improvement plan.
• To coordinate all quality issue between inter-company including improvement/preventive action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 8 years of experience in Quality field.
• Experience with Quality Assurance Management.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certification of quality control is an added advantage.
