Job Description

Building inspectors perform inspections of buildings to determine compliance with specifications for various focuses of assessment. They observe and determine the suitability of construction, quality and resistance, and general compliance with regulations. : # Interpret and review drawings # Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements # Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements # Note and report on work that does not meet requirements # Educate workers on the required standards # Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS OF ALL KINDS OF CONSTRUCTIONAL, STRUCTURAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, SANITARY AND MARINE WORKS AND OF ALL OTHER KIND OF WORKS. TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS OF RENOVATION WORKS, DECORATORS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGNERS INSTALLERS, FURNISHERS UPHOLSTERS, THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN RESPECT THEREOF, DEALERS, HIRERS, REPAIRES, MANUFACTURERS, WAREHOUSES OF FITTINGS, FURNITURE, CARPETS, FLOOR COVERINGS AND REQUISITES OF ALL KINDS AND THINGS CAPABLE OF BEING USED THEREWITH OR IN MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MANUFACTURER THEREOF. TO CARRY ON ANY WHATSOEVER FORM OF BUSINESS, TRADE OR UNDERTAKING WHETHER AS PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, SUB-AGENTS OR CONSIGNEE AND TO DEAL IN ANY FORM PRODUCE, MATTER OR THINGS.
