Carry out
Outgoing QC (OQC)
inspection to ensure finished parts meet dimensional and visual requirements before shipment.
Use precision measurement tools (e.g., caliper, micrometer, height gauge) to check part dimensions.
Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.
Work closely with production and QA team to identify and resolve quality issues.
Support preparation of QC reports and maintain proper records.
Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and customer specifications.
? Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in quality control in a
CNC machining
environment.
Knowledge of
IQC and OQC
procedures is
required
.
Able to read and understand
technical drawings
and basic GD&T.
Familiar with
measuring instruments
and basic inspection methods.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Able to work under minimal supervision and meet inspection deadlines.
? Added Advantage:
Experience in
ISO 9001
environments.
Familiarity with basic documentation for traceability and defect reporting.
