Job Description

Inspecting and testing materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Verifying the functionality and durability of materials and equipment produced by the company. Removing and documenting products that fail to meet production standards and proposing strategies for improvement. Creating detailed reports on product quality and inspection results and presenting findings to the production team. Establishing and implementing quality standards in line with company goals and industry regulations. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaboration and Communication Working closely with the production team to address defects, improve processes, and resolve quality-related issues. Participating in team meetings to communicate findings and recommend actionable solutions. Conducting random inspections during various production stages to maintain consistent quality. Monitoring equipment performance to ensure proper functioning and identifying any maintenance needs. Applying analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintaining accurate records of inspections, test results, and product defects. Updating quality documentation, including manuals and procedures, to reflect current processes and standards. Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks or requests from the Head of Department (HOD) as required. Providing support to other departments in resolving quality-related challenges.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
