JR43149 Quality Engineer

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Work as a member of several Integrated Product Teams to implement Contamination Requirements which may include creation of Standardized Documentation, Facility Level and Product Level Contamination Control Plans.

• Execution appropriate Analysis, Processes and Procedures required to guide EEE (Electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical) components and Mechanical Assemblies/Structures through selection, specification generation, manufacturing and item qualification.

• Maintain a working knowledge of Government and Industry specs and standards.

• Create Presentations and Participates in Customer Audits, Senior Staff Briefings and Quality activities for status and issue resolution.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to contamination control technicians towards accomplishment of department objectives and organization goals

• Support manufacturing team to deliver good products with committed quality level at the right time with competitive cost

• Perform an analysis using existing tools and adopt the statistical capabilities to share the finding .

• Working on further development of procedures and processes improvement including working with suppliers to improve manufacturing performance (yield, quality, cost, and safety).

Education / Certifications

This position requires a Bachelor\'s of Science degree in Materials Engineering topic area (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Engineering or any Degree in any Technical or Engineering.

Experience/Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and enforce cleanroom and controlled area requirements to ensure that all aspects of programs comply with contamination control requirements.

• Knowledge on cleanroom international standard especially for ISO14644

• Knowledge on cleanroom certification and performance testing

• Direct exposure on cleanroom design, start-up stage and steady-state operation

• Ability to monitor the cleanroom performance and perform the respective testing and control

• Ability to conduct and enforcement to ensure the respective personnel and process comply to the contamination control expectation

• Ability to lead an improvement project to improve the contamination control level

• Ability to use common trouble shooting and problem-solving tools for contamination issues

• Ability to analyse information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems

• Ability to compile, analyses, prepared and present complex reports on a timely basis.

• Good leadership and technical management skills such as initiative, proactive cooperation and have an ability to impact or convince others.

• Decision making based on data and technical curiosity

• Ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently

• Organized with good planning and time management skills

• Capable of leading small process development / improvement projects

• Ability to build relationships within cross functional groups; team building skills

• Ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company

• Ability to make key decisions, function independently and be effective in a close team environment.

• Experience in the inspection, test and verification of cleanrooms, controlled areas and associated equipment\'s is an advantage.
