Job Responsibility Leading site team in supervising the overall infrastructure works, which includes quality control, planning, cost and time control. Preparation of reports, financial statements, EOT,APVO, VO, Interim Payment etc to clients. To ensure the implementation of PQP, SHMP, EMP and SDP procedures. To ensure proper documentation and filing management, i.e. Drawings, Checklist, Approval Forms and all verified D.Os,etc To ensure work program activities are tracked, verified and highlighted any delays to Project Manager. Witness all testing, checking all records, drawings and to ensure the quality of workmanship and according to drawing and specification. Attend and proactively participate in all meetings. To check and verified site diary on daily basis. To conduct pre-CPC Inspection, issuance of defects lists and ensure closure of defect list within stipulated time as per SOP. To ensure zero functional defects upon hand over. To join site valuation, re-measurement, verification of work done, verifications of D.O and material on site for claim purposes. To coordinate with other parties on site i.e. Landscape, In-phase Infra, Main Infra, M&E (Building and Main Infra). To coordinate with consultant in preparation of inspection of work with authorities for the CCC. To coordinate with client during DLP period as per SDP procedures and ensure the defect list issues are rectified. To assist during handling over to Authority. Job Requirements Job Overview: Responsible and accountable for the inspection, supervision and control of performance on the project ensuring that the project is meeting the authority and local code standards Requirements Candidate MUST possess at least a Degree in equivalent field preferably Civil and Structural works. At least a minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field (s). Registered with the Board of Engineers (BEM) and CIDB Responsible, independent & hardworking meet datelines of task assigned. Experience in building works and structure is a must. Good communication & interpersonal skills Able to work independently with positive attitude. Must have at least a Professional Engineering Certification from recognized body.
