The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for supporting the legal entity Quality, Health, Environment and Safety management systems in the establishment, implementation and maintenance & improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of T\xc3\x9cV S\xc3\x9cD offices in his/her capacity and ensure that corporate directives for IMS initiatives are complied with and effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with ASEAN Quality Management Representative to support establishment, implementation and maintenance of the IMS and other quality programs.
Provides updated information as requested quality, laboratory, environment, and safety reports on the performance of the IMS, on its effectiveness, adequacy, and suitability.
Assists the Deputy QMR with the supervision and further development of the IMS to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in compliance to documented procedures and guidelines.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performances.
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO/IEC17025, ISO/IEC17020, ISO/IEC17065, ISO45001, ISO/IEC27001, ISO14001 & related national/international standards) and ensure compliance.
Ensure that the IMS and documented procedures and instructions are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of internal audit system and external certification bodies.
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all internal customers and external customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and includes internal and external audits.
Monitor audit findings and ensure all CAPAs are addressed in timely manner with no overdue status.
Monitor company certification and accreditation certificates status.
Provide training in all aspects of the Quality, Health, Environment and Safety management systems and application of procedures and instructions.
Investigate and record customer complaints regarding services performance, specifications and reliability of testing, inspection, and certification outcome.
Assists ASEAN QMR in processing system-related complaints/customer feedback, and in monitoring and driving appropriate corrective and preventive actions to improve the Quality, Health, Environment and Safety
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities
Keep senior management abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, with at least 3 years relevant working experience Quality Assurance management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially power point, excel and words.
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
Good time management and coordination ability.
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently within challenging timelines.
Meticulous, efficient, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
Ability to influence and motivate others with strong communication skills.
Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review management systems, find lapses and pose solutions to those gaps.
Familiar with quality standards and processes to follow corporate and local regulations is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
