We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Safety Officer to join our dynamic team in the aviation industry. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation safety management systems and quality assurance processes, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance.

You will be tasked with conducting regular audits and inspections to identify any potential areas of risk and non-compliance, while also developing and implementing effective training programs to promote a culture of safety among all employees.

The Quality & Safety Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing risks, and ensuring that our airline operates within the regulatory frameworks set by aviation authorities.

As a key representative of our organization's commitment to safety, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop improvement initiatives and ensure all operational procedures meet quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct regular safety audits and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems and safety management systems in accordance with industry standards. Analyze safety data and trends to identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions to enhance safety performance. Lead investigations into safety incidents and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence. Coordinate and facilitate training programs for staff on quality and safety practices, promoting a safety culture throughout the organization. Collaborate with operational teams to develop safety procedures and quality assurance protocols that integrate best practices. Prepare detailed reports on safety and quality performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations set forth by CAAM and other international aviation agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Based in Ipoh, Perak Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Management, Quality Management, or a related field. Familiar with CAAM, ICAO Annex 19 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Strong analytical, investigative and report writing skills High attention to detail, accuracy and documentation discipline
