- Promote the improvement of incoming material quality, plan incoming material testing resources, and continuously improve incoming material testing capabilities; Be in charge of handling major incoming material and incoming material quality issues during the process.
- Responsible for quality assurance management, organizing special quality improvements for internal and outsourced factories; formulating special on-site audit plans, organizing resources to implement regular audits, and promoting the improvement of on-site quality management capabilities; taking the lead in handling major batch quality issues, promoting, tracking and verifying improvement measures.
- Responsible for the organization and planning of responding to customer audit needs, and promoting the implementation of various contents.
- Responsible for handling major customer complaints, compiling reports and promoting, tracking and verifying improvement measures.
- Responsible for the quality team\'s organizational capacity building and improvement.
- Introduce and implement the company\'s quality, environment and other management systems to build a quality culture; support, guide and push the improvement of product and service quality.
