Job Summary:

The

QAQC Engineer

is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities and materials compl with the required quality standards and project specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, prepareing quality documentation, managing non-conformance issues and supporting continuos improvement in quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Batu Gajah, Perak

:

1. Sistem Pengurusan Bersepadu (SPB) Implementation:

Develop, implement and maintain the Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) regulate by the clients. Ensure compliance with international and local standards for quality assurance and control.

2. Inspection and Testing:

Conduct regular inspections of materials and construction activities. Coordinate with external laboratories for material testing and analysis. Verify that construction works meets specified quality and safety standards.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality reports, and non-conformance reports. Communicate findings and corrective actions effectively with the project team.

4. Audit and Review:

Perform internal audits and reviews of project sites and processes. Lead corrective and preventive action processes to resolve quality issues.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met. Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of working experienced in the related field. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards and testing methods. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of project management and construction processes. Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations. Committed to work and willing to work extra time when required. Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team
