Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project tenders, include coordination of tender exercise. Responsible in preparing BQ (Bill of Quantities) , preliminary budgeting, cost budgeting and control, feasibility study . Compare, evaluate, and propose sub-contractors / suppliers. Preparation and update of documents ,drawings and correspondences related to electrical works Site valuation to ascertain work done for claim and certification purpose. Prepare and monitor monthly claims to clients and monthly certificates for sub-contractors including Variation Order and Final Accounts Work closely with site personnel, consultants and clients on coordination matters on and off-site. Monitor contractual records with clients and suppliers to safeguard the company's interest.

Requirement:

Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in QS field industrial, commercial or data centre projects. Proficient in cost estimation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
