Quantity Surveyor Electrical
Job Description
- Minimum qualification Diploma / Degree in QS or equivalent.
- 5-10 years experience in construction electrical power estimation works.
- Experience in Pre-Qualification exercise, tender bid & preparing quotations.
- Able to take-off quantities, preparing cost estimation & budgets.
- Basic knowledge of contractual matter
- Tender BQ, equipment sourcing, and cost estimation.
- Tender drawings quantity take-off
- Assist to manage variation orders or change orders.
- Preparation of BQ and contract documents.
- Complete form of tenders including BQ for tender submission.
