Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent;
At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Self-motivated, proactive, high problem solving skills and strong analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens (Bumiputra)
Responsibilities:
To negotiate with sub-contractors on contract with an optimum mix of price and quality;
To assess the quotation submitted, analysis and selecting the bidders;
To review and verified the Letter award, Purchase Order and preparation of related documents;
To review and verified sub-contractors progress & payment certificates;
To ensure claims and variation orders are timely invoiced;
To review and verifies contract documents and understand the contractual matter related to the project;
To resolve issues that related to contract in timely manner and ensure in accordance with conditions of contract.
To prepare project forecast, project cost and project budget;
To review & verified claims for payment and responsible for payment collection;
To review & verified of Bill Quantities (BQ).
To liaise with all parties involved in the projects including clients and sub-contractors;
Any ad hoc matter or assignment from time to time.
Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
