Your Impact:



Enhance team effectiveness by coordinating efforts across departments to ensure smooth project delivery To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions for construction projects. Manage changes in project scope by amending contracts and communicating updates to relevant parties. Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities. Address and resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and conflicts that arise during project execution. Prepare and manage cost reports, track expenditures and approve payment requests based on contract terms. Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays or miscommunication. Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations according to the agreed timelines. Propose solutions or compensation measures in case of breach of contract or non-compliance. Verify and approve the final payments, ensuring that all parties have met their contractual obligations. Evaluate existing contract processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. Prepare and present reports on contract status, costs, risks, and project performance to senior management.

What We're Looking For:Must Have:



Preferably 2 - 3 years experiences in construction contract management Candidate must possess at least Degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent A detailed-oriented person, strong negotiator & good problem solver will be an added advantage. Occasionally requires on-site visits to construction projects to assess compliance and monitor progress. Familiar with local, national, or international construction laws and regulations.
