Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings and managing variations
Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to the project management team
Assist with the selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with the project team to resolve contractual and commercial issues
