dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Junior or Senior)
to join our construction team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contract aspects of construction projects -- from tender preparation to final account -- ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and according to contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review
cost estimates
,
Bills of Quantities (BQ)
, and
tender documents
.
Conduct
tender evaluation
, cost comparison, and assist in contract award.
Handle
progress claims
,
variation orders (VO)
, and
final accounts
.
Monitor
project cost control
,
budget
, and
cash flow reports
.
Evaluate and certify
subcontractor claims
and supplier payments.
Liaise with
clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
on all cost and contractual matters.
Conduct
site measurements
and verify work progress.
Maintain proper
documentation
and ensure compliance with
contract requirements
.
Attend
site meetings
and coordinate with project teams on financial and contractual matters.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Quantity Surveying
or equivalent.
Open to
Junior (0-2 years)
or
Senior (3-5+ years)
experience levels.
Experience in
building construction
or
infrastructure projects
is an advantage.
Familiar with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
,
AutoCAD
, or
CostX
.
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, responsibly, and meet deadlines.
Working days:
5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )
