JOB VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR Job responsibilities:- -To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities. -To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client. -To attend meetings for claim evaluation and substantiation with clients. - To assess and evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors Requirements:- 1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveyor or Business/Management/ Human Resources discipline. 2. Suitable for Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience. 3. Have good written and oral communication skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and good computer knowledge. 5. Highly motivated, reliable, independent, good team player and able to work with minimum supervision. 6. Have good personal characteristics, committed to the job and responsibility.
