A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is a critical role in the construction industry responsible for managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction project

• Min Education: Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Min 1 years experience candidate encourage to apply
• Able to communicate and understand in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin,
• Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques is also important.
• Posses own transport

• Estimates costs for construction projects.
• Helps prepare tender documents and assesses contractor bids.
• Monitors project costs and implements cost-saving measures.
• Manages project budgets and provides regular reports.
• Coordinates procurement of materials and services.
• Administers contracts and resolves disputes.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Measures material quantities from drawings.
• Maintains project documentation.
• Communicates with clients regarding project updates.
• Assists in resolving construction disputes.
• Manages financial risks associated with projects.
• Ensures construction quality meets standards.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and regulations through professional development.
