Job Description
- Posses at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer with Mandarin Speaking candidate due to business nature
- With 1-3 years relevant experience
- Fresh Grad accepted.
- Willing to travel
- Own transport
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- To involve in tender, contract and letter award;
- To prepare quotation for tender;
- To prepare and assess sub-contractor and client monthly progress claim;
- To assist on the assess of sub-contractor and suppliers cost evaluation;
- To take-off quantities from drawings and site measurement;
- To monitor sub-contractor certificates, variation order, work order.
