- Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
- Ability to analyze project costs and ensure efficiency
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects and ensure budget control
- Conduct material quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Evaluate and manage contract documents, tenders, and procurement
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor project expenses and progress to avoid budget overruns
- Assist in negotiations and cost adjustments during project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
