Job Description



o? ?To do subcontractor payment certificate.

o? ?Checking material specification order and delivery date, Tracking material at site include (In-Out) status.

o? ?To do payment claims as instructed by the supervisor.

o? ?Progress valuation, payment certificate and variation order.

o? ?To do contract administration and procurement work.

Key Responsibilities:



o? ?Procurement

o? ?Planning

o? ?Budgeting

o? ?Cost Control & Monitoring

Job Specification:



o? ?Team player with Positive Thinking.

o? ?Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

o? ?Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

o? ?Initiative, hardworking and able to work in a team.

o? ?Good command of MS Excel, word etc.

o? ?Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

o? ?Able to relocate at Kuching.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
